I found a great diet program a couple of months ago, that helped me lose a load of weight. I was really skeptical at first, as they were going on about wholegrain pasta, as being rubbish for losing weight but then my mate whose a bit a fitness freak explained how bodybuilders eat pasta to put on mass. Anyways I gave it a try, and it was really good. I managed to lose 2 stone.

I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you create this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz reply back as I'm looking to create my own blog and would like to know wheere u got this from. thanks

I really like the colors here on your blog. did you design this yourself or did you outsource it to a professional?

Theoretically it might do an influence because you use hormones to produce cum. And you need those hormones when bodybuilding. No ned to be afraid that it hinder your growth... but no need to masturbate too often also.. ;)

Terrific post. Thanks.

Hi, I apologize for inquiring this inquiry here, but I can’t find a contact form or something so I assumed I could I leave my enquiry here. I run a blogengine blog but I am getting bigger amounts of spam. I see u use wordpress, is it easier to control spam with wordpress or doesn't it make any difference? I hope you will respond to my comment or maybe send me an email with your answer if you don't want to approve the comment. Best regards, Annie

Normally the top three teams go IF your league has six or more teams in it. If you are in a league with five or less team it more than likely that only the top two go. A fourth place team can sometimes earn a wild card but those are usually more common in Divisions 4,5,6.

Can anyone list the final standing for all the local leagues (Del Rey, RHL, Prep, Mission, etc.)? Do the top three in each league go to CIF?

If the top teams in the area played a round robin right now it would probably turn out:

1, FSHA
2. Pasadena
3. Arcadia
4. La Canada
5. Maranatha
6. Pick Em

Yea, I know Maranatha defeated both LC and FSHA but that was early December. In Jan. they couldn't even beat La Salle or Campbell Hall (0-0 ties). La Salle parents relax about that last statement. Your gals are young and will be back.
