Last week of non-league play this week for Rio Hondo League teams.

South Pas plays Cathedral on Tuesday and Crescenta Valley on Wednesday. Both at SPHS. SP also will host the Alumni on Friday night at 7pm.

David Allen is still experiencing pain in his shoulder and will be a game time decision whether he will play outside hitter or libero.

We'll be there.

Any chance anyone is coming to Arcadia vs. Claremont Game this Friday at 7:00 In Arcadia's North Gym? Big Pacific League game with two of the best teams around! Should be a good one!

San Marino was definitely missing two starters; their opposite hitter and their setter, both of whom went down in the previous game with ankle injuries. It was surprising that San Marino could take a game off La Salle and nearly another with two relatively inexperienced backups.

San Marino lost to La Salle in 4. Their were missing 2 starters though, including setter.

I'll take that into account. La Salle sounds like the early surprise.

Scott,

you might want to rethink you top 5. La Salle has defeated San Marino, Flintridge Prep and La Canada.

As of today and post Arcadia Tournament, this is as about a right on top 5 as you can get. We've not seen Gabrielino or San Gabriel yet this season. Things can change obviously.

Keep up the good work Scott and thanks for generating interest in boys high school volleyball.
