GIRLS BASKETBALL: Road to Sacramento potentially golden for Muir
Mustangs get No. 1 seed in CIF-State Southern California Division III regional.
Muir (26-2) will host Yosemite (20-8) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
My thoughts: I think Muir has an outstanding shot at playing in Sacramento for the Division III state title. The Mustangs' defense could be the difference.

Viking Fan: I'm still waiting to get the information from coaches on the all-league stuff. The All-Star games are scheduled for April 19 at Azusa Pacific. Teams and times TBA.
Scott, when will the All League players be officially announced? Or did I miss it somewhere? Also when is the all star game and who's playing?
Good Luck Girls!
Way to go.
You hit the nail on the head Viking Fan. Their quick/tenacious defense can sometimes lead to fouls, especially, in my opinion, when the officials can't keep up with the pace.
I think they have a great shot at it. They just need to stay out of foul trouble.
Thet certainly have a shot. The question of the day is can Johnson COACH!!!! They have quickness and some size but Henderson has foul problems. Their stats are inflated and they dont always play with intensity.Yes they have a shot but i believe they will get the renaissance treatment-get out coached.
