CIF: Former SG Matador Nick Castillo cleared
Running back Nick Castillo, who transfered from San Gabriel to Schurr, petitioned for clearance on Aug. 26 and was cleared Monday to play for the Spartans.
Adding Castillo will add a new dimension to Schurr's offense and should make things a little more interesting in the Almont League.
Suddenly, that San Gabriel-Schurr game is more intriguing, eh?
