Eat the right food :
Have baked or steamed food instead of fried food. Include lot of fresh salads and fruits in your diet. Take only one type of fruit at a time. Go for healthy organic products. Go for hand pounded rice instead of white rice. Avoid Maida and white bread instead use whole wheat flour, brown bread and oat bran .

funny, that's exactly what I was thinking about yesterday

HE POSTED...“i think rian younker was much more valuable than kc obi. i saw the two go head up in the st. francis alemany game and kc obi didnt get very much penetration on the defensive side of the ball.”

Go head up? You mean guard each other…poor framing of argument, therefore an invalid analysis. You need to check the breadth of their performances throughout league play. Put Rian's stats. up against Kc's. Pressures…sacks… tackles…run and passing yards against each defense. Make no mistake, I think Rian had a heck of a season, but before you spout off, it is crucial that you do due diligence in research.
Did Alemany defense not shut out St. Francis in the first Quarter? I am hopeful KC had something to do with it. How many times did they run or roll to throw from his side? Did Alemany not run and throw at will against St Francis in the first half? That’s why they have coaches make these type evaluations.
Please note I make no excuses for KC, but he sprained his ankle at the end of the 2nd quarter. He played intermittently in the third and part of the fourth, but was asked to play hurt in the last four minutes of the game. Watch the film; if you don’t have it I'll be glad to help you procure one.
We all have the right to state our opinion, but yours is dead wrong.

the guy who commented saying that kc obi should have been lineman of the year is out of his mind.. kc is a beast and its only hios 2nd year playin football ever.. he eats offensive tackles for breakfast.. and he might eat you too if he feels like it so watch what you say becasue him and his brother are the truth no doubt

eh i'd have to disagree with most valuable lineman. i think rian younker was much more valuable than kc obi. i saw the two go head up in the st. francis alemany game and kc obi didnt get very much penetration on the defensive side of the ball. rian younker also goes both ways. im not sure if kc obi does, but on the defensive side of the ball, rian younker is clearly much more of a force, as teams had to shape their defensive schemes around him.

David's Mom, I fixed the name =)

I didn't know Charles Speed was Malik Speed. I just typed what was given to me, and for the record it says St. Paul but I changed it to St. Francis. All is well.

yea "charles" speed aka malik speed is def. brown and gold

Anonymous said:

malik speed goes to saint francis and rian younker is a senior

Anonymous said:

Is it possible to correct the spelling of my son's name? It should be David Sternau, Mission League Second Team Offense, St. Francis. Thank you.
