You're absolutely right. As all the players I talked to after the game and today - we got 6 more to go. On the other hand, i wouldn't call it hype... Just like they do for football - we make games feel important. Remember the game against Mtown? Man... people battered us all day and the excitement level was off the hook- practice was intense and focused from the school day, and that's what we're doing for our basketball players. We've made tons of posters in ASB, made tons of those little IHeartJC45 posters, made pregame/gameday/postgame videos of players/fans, facebook events to remind our 6th man "pit crew" to be there, painted the windows of players/fans cars, and even one of my bros baked for tmmrws game vs Mtown.

It's not hype, it's excitement- and we're hungry for the title that hasn't been held in TC hands for 10 years.

GO RAMS - 4 DOWN, 6 MORE TO GO.

i'm excited. nobody is overlooking mtown, its definitely going to be a challenge.

If Geary and Walker learn to play together they can do something in CIF. Blair is in a weak CIF playoff division so if the coach can somehow blend the players they could go a long way.

South Pas beat Monrovia in bball, so I am not sure that is a great accomplishment by Blair.

I would seriously suggest all the TC roundball supporters (and players) not use this forum to pound their chests and begin to talk as though they are head and shoulders above all other area teams, and particularly other RHL teams.

In the event of a tie-breaker or rematch down the road, well.....these things always have a way to come back and slap you around. Keep the hype and glory in the locker room.

If at season end, TC still remains at the top of the heap - GO INSANE. Until then it is best to stay hungry and fight every minute...their is a long way to go. Overlooking M-town....always a bad idea.

6'5" Blair Forward, Brice Hill scored 17 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in the victory over Monrovia Wednesday night. However the Wildcats were without their standout forward Chris Bullock. The Wildcats were down by 20 in the fourth but came back to put the game in overtime with some great outside shooting. Deon Geary did not play until midway in the second quarter? Nevertheless he still managed to pump in 16 points, along with 17 from Katorio Walker and 12 points and 11 rebounds from 6'5" 10th grader, Marcus Bagnerise. The Wildcats had one player in double figures Jay Henderson with 24, as he hit everything from everywhere.

Sorry about the "Hoffman, go home" Bob Anon, I'll be sure to tell them to cut it out next time. TC's girls havent been doing very well at all this season. LC's girls have been dominating (or at least i think they are).

Miguel can't be everywhere all at once. RHL basketball is exciting one this year and is also really the area that reads the pasadena star news.

Tonight the rams won 73-56 by 17 points. La Canada tried their best to contain JC45, but he nailed two long ranged jumpers in the first two possessions for the rams. The Rams began pulling away before the end of the half with a nice jumper before the half ended. Players like Zachary Aquino, Leo Tse, Robert Chuang, Andy Scazzilo, and Derek Lau stepped it up when JC45 was being covered. I think Zach Attack had about 24 points? The Spartans got frustrated and the game pulled away.

Does anyone know the standings of Monrovia, South Pas, San Marino, and Blair as of tonight?

Watch out M-town we're coming this friday.
