    The injury to Josh Jones is huge! I feel sorry for the kid and his team. They are going to need all their weapons to win at San Dimas. We will see if coaching and young players can help them put up a fight. Losing a senior really hurts a soph QB. This just might be the edge San Dimas needed. Thats why the playoffs are so tough! Playing well is not enough, you have to be Healthy. You need your guys, you need your chemistry. Look at Muir, they were hurt all year, now they got their guys, they have a shot to go deep. If they win here, you may seriously see them in the Finals. Can’t wait til Friday. I will be full, rested, and ready to watch some Mid valley football. Let’s go Monrovia Wildcats!

    I think San Dimas is going to win this fridays game because of their defence is only getting better every game plus they can run the ball in offense and throw the ball when ever needed for that big gain.

    Did you really just play the “discipline” card with Muir? Come on, man. You praised Muir during your entire sound bite then conclude that Bonita will win because of discipline. At least say that historically an unseeded team tends to fall flat after a big victory whereas Bonita has played consistent ball throughout the season.

    Why can’t Muir be this season’s “Diamond Ranch” and make a playoff run after taking lumps during the season and learning what they do well and then sticking with it?

    Despite having the athletic advantage, Bonita has the advantage up front. West Covina ran the ball well on bonita, but Muir does not have that steady guy who they can give the ball to 30 times, or 2 exceptional backs. Bonita knows if they can limit the big plays, and play ball control without turnovers, they will have a good shot at winning this game. Is muir going to be able to move the ball consistently. They may hit a deep pass here and there. Since Muir will have to throw, they will have a pick or two. Muirs best chance is to run a steady diet of swings, screens and hitches. They must find a way to isolate their athletes on the bonita slower defenders. They can take a few shots down field, but Bonita will have safties over the top. Basically if Muir can get the ball in their playmakers hands, they may have a shot. Defensively Muir is going to have tackle. They are going to have to play mistake free football. Muir needs to make bonita on dimensional.If they can make Bonita pass, they can create some opportunities to get picks and Sacks . This game is going to be close. I will give the edge to Bonita, but Muir can win this game.
