    Monrovia will be Victorious! Monrovia held San Dimas to 14 pts, after they scored 50 the week before. Aram you got it all wrong man. Deep down, you believe in the jinx. We don’t. They said we could not beat San Dimas, we did. Monrovia has too much speed. Worthy is good, but McCarthy is better! If the lineman Face McCarthy all year, what difference is Worthy? He is going to Boise State, but McCarthy may be going to UCLA, USC, heck even Alabama or Florida, basically anywhere he wants. They have Stanley, we have Henderson push. They have Escobar, we have Blanco… Push. They have Anderson, we have Bueno… Advantage Monrovia. They have Robles, We have Johnson…push! We have Craft, Jenkins, Williams, Bryant, Jackson Frazier…They have…??? We have more speed, Size and talent on the outside. Forget who they played or who Monrovia has played…its one game, one night, and Monrovia has never been Hungrier. Cats Win Big!

    Hey Monrovia wins big. Worthy could have gone to UCLA and USC, Nebraska, Arizona, Oregon, shall I go on!!! It is going to be a great game with both teams having the best players in the Mid Valley Division. I hope to see a great game by both teams. Good Luck to both teams and may God Bless both teams.

    monrovia wins big: its funny that you say “forget who they played or who monrovia has played” because you just referred to the fact that you held san dimas to only 14 after they scored 56 the week before… they dropped 56 on a maranatha team with half the starters hurt and the other half guys who had no previous varsity experience. nothing was to be expected from san dimas in the first place. whittier Christian will win.. and they will prove that the olympic is the best league in the mid-valley. and then next year the rings will stay in the olympic when maranatha wins it all… but thats a whole nother argument for next year.

    Remember, Worthy had offers from UCLA, Nebraska, Arizona St., Oregon St. (USC gave a verbal offer, not on paper), but chose Boise over all them.

    Thanks for the two minute drill! you guys are doing a great job covering this game! I’ve heard WCHS players/coaches really respect Monrovia and their talent, but also have A LOT of confidence they are the better team!

    McCarthy?? I haven’t heard that name? Worthy could have gone anywhere he wanted. They just don’t compare! Stanley and Henderson? No comparison once again! Stanley has nearly 3 times as many yards as Henderson! But that was a nice try. Advantage: Stanley (85 recs for: 1,200 yds, 15 TD’s). Stanley has nearly has as many yards receiving as Bueno has thrown for! And as for Blanco goes, I find it hard to compare 629 yards to 959. And lets see here…Bueno vs Anderson. Hm… Bueno has accumulated 3114 total yards and 34 TD’s (not to mention 12 turnovers). While Stephen has 3582 total yards and 38 total TD’s (11 turnovers). Do I really have to say who wins this one here? Robles vs Jackson: Jackson has 102 total tackles (with no sacks or interceptions). Robles has 136 total tackles to go with his 3.5 sacks and 3 INTs. And as for Craft, Jenkins, Williams, Bryant, Jackson and Frazier… WC has Bronkar, Chacon, Esquer, Parker, Flynn and Rhone. Aren’t you sorry you asked? STATS DON’T LIE!!

    O and I almost forgot the most important one of all: Monrovia in the finals: 0-9, WC: 4-0.

    WC Alumni said: you just dont know. Monrovia kids stats may be a little low, you right about that. But the reason that the stats are a little low is because most starters are on the sidelines after halftime. Hell if all starters played the whole game the numbers would be unreal.
