From ESPN RISE

For last week’s performance, coupled with performances all season and academic excellence, Pasadena Poly’s Michelle Miller is the ESPN RISE Cal-Hi Sports State Athlete of the Week.

ESPN RISE Cal-Hi Sports produces the State Record Book & Almanac, and along with ESPN RISE High School Girls Basketball, is a member of the ESPN RISE family of high school web sites.

The winner receives a certificate that if printed out on heavy stock paper is suitable for framing. It will have the school colors and the No. 32 on it.

The story will be used on the ESPN RISE Cal-Hi Sports web site and on the ESPN RISE High School Girls Basketball site as well. Once it has been posted I will post the link.

Miller joins Tailer Butler of Narbonne and Johnny Dee of Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, Calif.) as winter semester winners this year.
