Steven Rivera is tough as nails and Arroyo has a well oiled passing game. However, their defense can be physically steamrollered by a team with a strong running game playing hard nosed football. TC was pounding 8 yards a carry against the Knight defense, but fumbled and threw interceptions and committed the mental mistakes that kill running drives and lose football games.
Arroyo is a good football team, but their ranking above San Dimas, Monrovia, Covina and others may be a stretch.

Monrovia fans......Sssshhhhhhhhhh...

Can't imagine you guys losing this week, wow!

You did cancel your State Bowl game tickets right? Non-refundable? wow!!

Let your boys play their game, seems they do better without the trash.

Miguel, change your pick, Monrovia wil win the rest of the year!

Look at this guy "Who Cares" lol, " win a CIF ring and maybe we'll be concerned" haha didn't it take u guys 10 tries to get a ring? And just because you have ONE doesn't make u big and bad in the mid-valley, you're the flavor of the month... or rather the flavor of last season, do it again and then say something but until then just finish your season. Oh and Tom S. said, "waiting for the bashing to start from Monrovia" and thats exactly what you did was start bashing hahaha, and even better you said that you wont give any extra attention and once again you did the exact opposite hahaha so in closing stop losing games and then you can worry about the standings lol.... i mean really "Who Cares" right?

Monrovia fans will not waste anytime bashing a Mid-valley ranking, we still have business to take care of this season and I believe the Cats will bounce back just fine. Maranatha deserves the rankings and maybe we will see them down the road.

Tom S. - other than you and your fans no one cares about this stuff - win a CIF ring and maybe we'll be concerned. Its a poll, get over yourself.

The first real team you played last year trounced you in the Semi's....I expect once you leave the soft schedule things will change. Otherwise I have respect for your school, just not you wanting attention.

Tom S,

Big test for sure! Maxpreps surprisingly has Salesian ranked higher than Maranatha. This is an opportunity to watch two excellent quarterbacks compete. This will be a great game!
