Former Pasadena guard Andre Spight and reigning Star-News Player of the Year Andre Spight has left UTEP and plans to enroll at a junior college, according to his Twitter account.

WELL another Bump in the Road For Me. unfortunately, I CAN'T attend UTEP anymore.. Somethin outta no where Didn't Qualify Me.

Spight went on to stay, in another Tweet, that he will play at a junior college this season in hopes of earning another D-1 scholarship.
