Arcadia 13, Burbank 5 — The teams of Angela Qiu-Sunny Ng and Aubrie Weissbuch-Francesca Yao swept in doubles for the Apaches (16-0, 11-0) in a Pacific League victory.
Alhambra 17, San Gabriel 1 — Freshman Justine Dondonay, Gaby Dondonay and Karenna Yang swept in singles to lead the Moors (14-0, 6-0) to the Almont League win. The teams of Sandy Jiang-Kerry Wu and Samantha Jones-Jessica Guanzon swept in doubles for Alhambra.
La Salle 16, St. Joseph 2 — La Salle (11-6, 9-2) swept in singles to defeat St. Joseph and to place second in the Del Rey League. The Lancers also secured a CIF-SS playoff berth.
Maranatha 14, Valley Christian 4 — Angela Hsieh and Malena Smith swept in singles and the team of Maddie Hernandez and Michaela Wilkins swept in doubles to lead the Minutemen to the Olympic League win.

Camino Real League Prelims — The top 16 finishers of the day advanced to the league finals Thursday. Bishop Amat’s Sharon Chen led the way at 41, Diana Delgado shot 42, Veronica Trujillo shot 46 and Alyssa Ruiz shot 52. La Salle’s Makenna Hicks shot 54, Victoria Tong and Sarah Day both shot 56 and Annabell Lee shot 61. St. Paul’s ReAnna Gonzales shot 60, Jessica Kirk shot 62 and Angelina Perez shot 65.

Boys water polo
Hoover 14, Arcadia 7 — Matthew Garcia, Blake Jauregui and Christian Lowe each scored twice and goalie Sebastian Petcu had nine saves for the Apaches (16-5, 2-2) in a Pacific League loss.

Arcadia 16, Pasadena 2 — Michelle Deng and Rachelle Yang swept in singles for the Apaches (15-0, 10-0) in a Pacific League match. Also contributing to Arcadia’s win were the teams of Francesca Yao and Aubrie Weissbuch and Angel Pan and Chloe Barberi, who swept in doubles.
La Salle 9, Bishop Amat 9 (76-66) — Abby Siracusa and Cameron Agapito swept in singles for La Salle (7-5, 7-4) in a Del Rey League match.

Boys water polo

Arcadia 17, Burbank 11 — Matthew Garcia and Blake Jauregui both scored four goals and goalie Sebastian Petcu had seven saves for the Apaches (16-4, 2-1) in a Pacific League game. Aramis Kelkelyan and Samuel Wiggins both scored three goals for Arcadia.

La Salle 3, St. Joseph 1 — Claire Forrest had 10 kills, three blocks and an ace and Emily Wasson had nine kills and two blocks for the Lancers (16-7, 5-0) in a 25-16, 14-25, 25-18, 25-21 Del Rey League win. Tori Ashkinos had four aces, Sophia Anderson had seven kills and 15 digs and Sofia Sanchez had six kills for La Salle.
Maranatha 3, Whittier Christian 2 — Christa Evans had 16 kills and five digs and Conley Harris had 13 kills and 19 digs for the Heralds (12-14, 3-3) in a 26-24, 17-25, 25-27, 25-15, 16-14 Olympic League loss. Emma Espinosa had 28 digs, Alli Quintero added 25 assists and Maddie Tanklage had four aces for Whittier Christian.

San Marino 14, Valencia 4 — Libby Chang, Sabrina Lieu and Ariana Harvey swept in singles and the team of Caitlin Nguyen and Sophia Lee swept in doubles for the Titans (6-1, 4-0) in a nonleague match Monday.

Arcadia 14, Pasadena 9 — Goalie Harrison Li had seven saves and Blake Jauregui scored six goals for the visiting Apaches (15-4, 1-1) in their first Pacific League win of the season. Also contributing to Arcadia’s win were Christian Lowe and Aramis Kelkelyan, who both scored twice. Goalie Isaac Child had 10 saves, Aaron Corder scored four goals and Caleb Vance scored twice for Pasadena (6-7, 1-2).
