Alhambra 51, La Puente 13 — Ajah Awuma had 12 points and 12 rebounds and Mya Rivera added 18 points and had six steals for the Moors (4-2) in a nonleague victory.

Boys soccer
Maranatha 4, Temple City 1 — Chris Morales scored twice and Alejandro Lopez and Jacob Sattler each scored to lead the Minutemen, who won the nonleague match Thursday.

Maranatha 55, Hoover 17 — Patil Yaacoubian had 23 points and Cherise Masuda had 13 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds for the Minutemen (5-3) in a Burroughs Tournament victory. Also contributing to Maranatha’s win was Taylor Ota, who had eight points and two steals.
Alhambra 54, Ramona Convent 19 — Ajah Awuma had 12 points and Mya Rivera had nine points for the Moors (4-2) in a nonleague win.
Pasadena Poly 48, St. Monica 36 — Kylie Kishi had 19 points Alexis Pappachan had 10 points to lead the Panthers, who won the first-round Poly Tournament game Tuesday.

Girls soccer
Mayfield 15, Chadwick 2 — Kathryn McCullough scored six goals and Julia Mozilo and Claire Engstrom both had four goals for the Cubs in a nonleague victory. Mozilo also had two assists and Engstrom also had five steals.
South Pasadena 3, Marshall 0 — Jade Myer, Jayda Weeks and Harper Fox each scored and Emily Dunn and Sophie Reynolds both had an assist for the Tigers (2-1-0) in a nonleague win Tuesday.

Girls water polo
Arcadia 9, San Marino 7 — Goalie Natalie Wassall had 12 saves, Katie Nigolian scored three goals and Colleen Cook scored twice for the visiting Apaches (4-1) in a nonleague victory Tuesday.
Canyon 11, La Habra 6 — Natasha Velez and Lindsey Potter both scored twice for the Highlanders in a nonleague loss.

South Pasadena 61, Flintridge Prep 50 — Lucas Fox had 18 points, Nick Corvino had 11 points and Matt Scholtz had 10 points for the Tigers (6-3), who placed third at the Providence Tournament. Jake Althouse had 22 points and Jonathan Le had 11 points for Flintridge Prep (2-2).
Arcadia 73, Rowland 62 — Phillip Aguiniga had 22 points and Curtis Hong had 20 points for the Raiders (3-2) in a San Dimas Tournament loss. Hong earned all-tournament honors.
San Marino 67, Aveson 17 — Chuma Azinge had 15 points and Owen Koch and Michael Baldocchi both scored seven points for the Titans in a Providence Tournament victory Friday.

Pasadena Poly 41, Rosemead 35 — Alexis Pappachan had 15 points and Sarah Johnson had 14 points for the Panthers, who won the Rosemead Holiday Classic. Johnson was named tournament MVP and Pappachan was selected for the all-tournament team.
Burbank 52, Maranatha 42 — Patil Yaacoubian had 20 points and Qasia Boone had seven points for the Minutemen (4-1) in a San Marino Tournament loss. Cherise Masuda had six points and Claire Sheffer had four points for Maranatha.
La Habra 41, Canyon 34 — Larisa Maehara had 11 points and Pattie Gonzales had 10 points and four steals for the Highlanders in a La Habra Tournament win.

La Habra 8, Esperanza 5 — Natasha Velez scored five goals and Alyssa Enriquez, Lindsey Potter and Maraya Bermudez each scored for the Highlanders in a nonleague win.

Monrovia 52, Keppel 39 — Jayden Scott had 16 points and 15 rebounds and Rory Hare had 11 points, six assists and seven rebounds for the Wildcats in a quarterfinal game of the Sierra Vista Tournament. Adam Wood Jr. had 12 points and eight rebounds for Monrovia. Nick Fang had 15 points and Michael Granados 12 points for Keppel (2-1).

Pasadena Poly 56, Immaculate Heart 25 — Sarah Johnson had 22 points and Alexis Pappachan had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers in a Rosemead Holiday Classic win.
Maranatha 74, Edgewood 21 — Patil Yaacoubian and Claire Sheffer both had 15 points for the Minutemen (4-0) in a San Marino Tournament win. Taylor Ota had 14 points and Qasia Boone had nine points for Maranatha. The Minutemen will play in the championship game today against Burbank.
