Martha, Martha

You've got to hand it to Martha Stewart. From making her own candles (with cute little coverings, according to my fellow reporter Sandy Mazza), to seemingly waltzing through a 5-month prison term with her chin up, Martha's earned her title as a lifestyle queen.

So is it really any surprise that she grooms her own dogs?  We're not talking backyard baths with the

martha dog groom.jpggarden hose, here. We're talking GROOMING, as in head to toe with specialty products.

If you're ambitious and want to pick up some tips, check out Martha's dog grooming routine for her French bulldogs, Francesca and Sharkey.

Indi's Mama Author Profile Page said:

where does Martha Stewart find the time to do all the things that she does and groom her dogs regularly?

I don't brush Indi's teeth every day or clean her ears every day; does that make me a bad mama???!!!

About the Bloggers

Daily Breeze reporter Donna Littlejohn has shared her homes with a succession of wonderful, funny, and occasionally difficult canines -- Muffin, Fritz, Ellie, Mercy, Pilgrim and now Cowboy, an Australian shepherd-border collie, and Tess, a border collie. From strong-willed terriers to weirdly obsessed Australian shepherds, they've invaded her world with boundless energy, wet noses, muddy paws and soggy tennis balls. But they've really brought so much more than that -- like laughter and joy, some unexpected life lessons, and more than a few tears along the way.

Josh Grossberg grew up with the usual array of animals: goldfish, dogs, hamsters, parakeets and turtles. He now owns the loudest dog in the South Bay(Video: Rocket the Dog) and is the least popular person on his block. He spends his free time in dog parks, pet shops and always has an extra plastic bag in his pocket just in case. He also has a cat.
