Daily Breeze reporter Donna Littlejohn has shared her homes with a succession of wonderful, funny, and occasionally difficult canines -- Muffin, Fritz, Ellie, Mercy, Pilgrim and now Cowboy, an Australian shepherd-border collie, and Tess, a border collie. From strong-willed terriers to weirdly obsessed Australian shepherds, they've invaded her world with boundless energy, wet noses, muddy paws and soggy tennis balls. But they've really brought so much more than that -- like laughter and joy, some unexpected life lessons, and more than a few tears along the way.

What a great entry, Josh! I love my dog, Sparky. I have been concerned about how Sparky can join me on road trips. Thank you for this informative post about how I can keep my dog safe while traveling
I went to this thing today. It's not really a travel seminar. It's 3 Toyota Venzas parked in the lot next to the dog beach.
Cool Giveaways -

Photo and live action screen saver of your pooch
Coffee and really good donuts
1 free day at a doggy daycare in Anaheim-value $30
The cars have lots of different things to secure your dog. You can load your pups in the cars, choose which restraint works best and go for a test drive.
The people running it were really nice, too.
too bad Toyota is knocking off Bark Buckle UP who has done the pet safety travel tour across the USA for the past two years. You would think their fancy high paid marketing department could come up with their own ideas instead of stealing from a small non profit USA company.
They have stolen an entire marketing plan and are pretending to be pet safe and friendly. They also had products that show pets in the front seat --- same as kids they don't belong there. The press Conference that was on TV last year in So CAl with OCSD, CHP and other cops and fire were completely truthful ---NEVER PUT PETS IN FRONT SEAT THE AIRBAG WILL KILL THEM. So Toyota now that you stole the program and are now promoting unsafe products you need to apologize to the public-- US American's
YOU ARE SHAMEFUL YOU STEEL LIE AND PROMOTE
NON SAFE PRODUCTS AND THINK NO ONE WILL NOTICE.
I HAVE A GROUP OF 100,000 PET PARENTS THAT ARE NOT HAPPY SEEING YOU TALK AND PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT PET SAFETY JUST TO SELL A CAR. WE ARE GOING TO MAKE SURE THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS YOU STOLE THE PROGRAM AND LIE AND ARE NOT PET SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shame on you!
