Tax break for pet owners?
Apparently there's a bill making the rounds that would give a tax break of up to $3,500 in pet-care expenses to owners.
It's a long shot for passage, of course, but an interesting concept.

wow thats interesting..I think it should be limited to people who adopt pets ...specially for people who adopt pets with special needs .
I would think that this would encourage pet adoptions
