Devore shelter: Horses, goats need rescuing
Received this today from a volunteer at the Harbor Shelter. These animals aren't exactly local, but the need seems urgent and the thought is that with enough folks networking the info via the Internet, they'll find some takers. So pass it on to anyone you think might be in a position to help.
(The shelter ID numbers were partially cut off in the original copy when it transferred to the blog, so the complete numbers are in bold-faced type at the bottom of each description.)
Can anyone rescue these horses & goats from the Devore Shelter in Southern California and find them safe, forever homes, please?

Daily Breeze reporter Donna Littlejohn has shared her homes with a succession of wonderful, funny, and occasionally difficult canines -- Muffin, Fritz, Ellie, Mercy, Pilgrim and now Cowboy, an Australian shepherd-border collie, and Tess, a border collie.
