Cuba... a chance for change
Both Clinton and Obama agreed the announced resigination of Fidel Castro offered a new opportunity for a resumption of relations with the island nation.
But, they differed _ again _ on their approach.
Clinton said she would not meet with Cuban leaders until they showed evidence of changing their policy on human rights.
Obama said he would not put pre-conditions on any meetings, but that he would want to see some indication of a change in policies on a variety of issues.
:We should be willing to meet with our enemies as well as our friends,": Obama said.
