How many other ways does DWP rip off its ratepayers?
Can you imagine how easy it is to calibrate electric and water meters for increased revenue. An example could be a chain of hotels in the city over paying millions of dollars on their water and electric bills because the meters have been manipulated by DWP. No one would ever know unless the corporation spent the money to check calibrations.

What are they hiding? It's obvious there is more fraud and theft of ratepayer’s money going on at DWP. GM Nahai kept Commission Board President Nick Patsouras who wanted the ratepayer advocate out of the loop. Now by no surprise he will be leaving DWP this week. We wish him well because he is running for city controller. This could be very good for the taxpayers. He knows where the bones are buried.
