Another loss for San Fernando

San Fernando City Administrator Jose Pulido resigned Wednesday, making him the fourth top-level city official to quit from the small municipality's management team in the last six months. Connie Llanos in the Dailyewes.

Since March, the other employees to resign have included the city engineer, finance director and assistant director of parks and recreation - or half of the city's top management staff.
