Trutanich: So, I'm a bully

Responding to criticism that he used aggressive tactics against one of Los Angeles' most influential corporations, a defiant City Attorney Carmen Trutanich on Thursday freely admitted he is a "bully" when it comes to looking after the city's interests. Daily News.

Whether it is dealing with the city's ban on billboards or medical marijuana, Trutanich told members of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce during their annual access day at City Hall that he is trying to create a level playing field.
