California voters are leaning toward approving a majority budget and marijuana legalization, but appear poised to vote against shelving the state's landmark greenhouse gas emissions reduction law, according to the results of a Field Poll on statewide propositions released over the weekend. The poll of 599 likely California voters gave opponents of Proposition 23, the initiative to suspend Assembly Bill 32, an 11-point edge.
