Boxer stresses need for bipartisanship

Sen. Barbara Boxer on Tuesday stressed the need for bipartisanship during climate change hearings. Top Obama administration officials will head to Capitol Hill today in hopes of making a case for aggressive action on climate change. The hearing is the first of three planned by Boxer, chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee.
