Protesters picket Dreier's office
A group of citizens from the 26th Congressional District gathered outside Rep. David Dreier's office in San Dimas on Friday to protest what they say is his continued opposition to health care reform.
The crowd carried signs and marched up and down the sidewalk in front of the office on Foothill Boulevard.
Dreier's opposition to health care reform was "insulting to the thousands of people in his district who lack health coverage," protester and Claremont resident Meg Mathies said.
The U.S. House of Representatives last week passed the Affordable Health Care for America Act. Dreier voted against the bill.
Dreier is a Republican who represents the 26th District, which includes Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, San Antonio Heights, Claremont, La Verne and San Dimas.

I bought a new Hair Dryer Holder last week and I must say it's a great device. I'm wondering how I have lived without that. I only can say it made my life easier and it's saving so much time.
This is a good little website, I can't believe I didn't stumble upon it earlier
This site was well done. This site was very helpful.Thank you for this information.
There are over 70,000 people in David Dreier's district who don't have health care coverage!! SHAME ON DAVID DREIER!!!
HEY DAVID WE VOTE AND WE MATTER!!!
WOW... I finally agree with Rep. Drier on something! Thanks for standing up against this insane bill, now if we can get you to stand-up against illegal immigration!
This is one tax payer, who is tired of footing the bill for everyone else. I didn't work my butt off my entire life, only to give my money away to those that continue to stand around with their hands held out.
I'm sure there are a few exceptions (which I don't mind helping on a temporary basis), but the bulk our lifers sucking our system (and taxes) dry.
Time for a hardcore REVAMP of our entire system, where people aren't rewarded for sitting around receiving freebies & not contributing!!
