TERRIERS DOMINATE

Redlands Josh Green had 14 points as the Terriers (1-0) defeated the Rajahs (0-1) 90-38 in the opening round of the Beaumont Tip-Off Classic. Tristan Kirk added 12 points and Chris Phelps added 10 for Redlands, which will face Patriot on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at Beaumont High School.

Alta Loma was ahead 46-40 with a minute-and-a-half to go but Corona Santiago came back to win 50-48 on a pair of free throws with eleven seconds left.

The Braves' (0-1) Kyle Crooms had a chance to tie the game as he drove in and pulled up from about 15 feet but the shot rattled out.

J.J. O'Brien scored 23 points and 11 rebounds while Derek James added five points and three steals for Alta Loma.

Alta Loma faces Eastside in the Diamondback Shootout on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Serrano High School.
