Philip Cervantes scored three goals in two games to boost Chino to a 3-2 win over Culver City and a 2-1 win over Bishop Montgomery in consolation bracket play at the Torrance Championship tournament.
The Cowboys (4-2-1) overcame a 2-1 deficit in the opening game.
Shane Taylor was the winning goalkeeper in both but needed to make a total of just five saves.
Chino will play Tesoro at 10:30 a.m. today in a consolation semifinal.
