BASELINE LEAGUE
Dana Sanderlin had a pair of goals to go along with her one assist in the Highlanders (15-2-5, 8-1-1) victory over the Eagles (11-11-1 overall.)
With the win, Upland is the second place seed in the Baseline League and now awaits their season in the playoffs.
Los Osos 2, Claremont 1
Marlena Massagli’s goal in the 78th minute broke a 1-1 tie and clinched an outright league championship for the Grizzlies (16-4-5, 9-0-1).
Kylee Nicassio also scored for Los Osos, which outshot Claremont 10-2.
CITRUS BELT LEAGUE
Carter 1, Fontana 0
Ni’rysie Castillo scored a second-half goal to lead the Lions (10-12-3, 3-9-1) past the Steelers (7-13-3, 2-10-1). Carter keeper Michelle Garcia and Fohi counterpart Yesenuia Najera each had four saves.
Redlands East Valley 5, Miller 0
Haylee Ellis notched a hat trick for the host Wildcats (15-5-3, 10-1-2), keeping them in second place in the CBL. Kelsey Gudgeon had a goal and an assist as well for REV.
Amanda Villarreal had eight saves for the Rebels (7-9-2, 5-7-1).
Yucaipa 7, Eisenhower 0
Jessica White scored three goals and recorded four saves and Renee Lane added two as the Thunderbirds (21-1-3, 12-0-1) clinched the league title with a road victory over the Eagles (0-13 CBL).
White also tied the school record for most saves in a season at 163 and looks to break the mark on Friday as Yucaipa hosts Carter at 3:15 p.m.
MT. BALDY LEAGUE
Chaffey 4, Montclair 1
The Mt. Baldy League champion Tigers (19-2-3, 9-0-1) confirmed their title reign in their defeat over the Cavaliers. The last time Chaffey won a league title was in 1991.
Elisa Lopez had three saves and Araceli Mota had a goal and an assist for Chaffey, who now await their CIF Division II playoff seeding on Sunday.
