DIVISION II-A
Cajon 72, Mark Keppel 39
Junior center Darshae Burnside badgered the Aztecs from inside the key and guards Layshia Clarendon and Alexa Saturday took care of matters from the outside en route to an overwhelming victory. The Cowgirls, the division’s No. 2 seed, will play Perris in Saturday’s 7:30 p.m. semifinal game at San Bernardino High School.
“We came out to play and got a fast start and that always helps us,” Cajon coach Mark Lehman said. “We were just up for the challenge.”
Clarendon had 20 points and 14 rebounds, Saturday 16 points, including three 3-pointers, and Burnside eight points, seven rebounds and six blocked shots despite not playing much of the second half.

Ayala 81, Vista Murrieta 49
The reigning division champs advanced to the semifinals as Rebekah Gardner led the way with 26 points and nine rebounds.
The Bulldogs (26-4) had three others in double-figures - Ariel Marsh (14), Jasmin Holliday (13), Rhema Gardner (11). Holliday added 11 rebounds and Marsh hit a game-high four 3-pointers.
Ayala will face Knight in Saturday’s semifinal match.

DIVISION II-AA
Los Osos 53, Notre Dame/SO 33
Junior Cierra Warren had 13 points and 12 rebounds as the Grizzlies opened up a 32-9 halftime lead. Sophomore Katie Anderson added 11 points for Los Osos, which plays host to Santa Monica on Saturday.

DIVISION III-AA
Summit 76, Los Angeles Pacific Hills 57
<MC>Meghin Williams scored 25 points and added 10 rebounds while Maiya Michel had 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead Summit past the host Bruins. The Skyhawks (27-1) advanced to Saturday’s semifinals and will face Magnolia of Anaheim at a neutral site on Saturday.

DIVISION III-A
Chaffey 60, Yucca Valley 49
Teonna Campbell scored 19 points and Joyce Kaloa had 18 for the Tigers’ who advance to the semifinals for the first time this decade, facing Silverado on Friday.

Colony 78, Coachella Valley 37
Junior forward Camille Buckley totaled 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Titans (24-2) to an easy win over visiting Coachella Valley. Amani Butler also came up big with 16 points, 12 rebounds and seven steals and sister Asasha contributed 12 points, four steals and six rebounds. Colony now faces Walnut in Saturday’s semifinal with a coin flip to determine location.

DIVISION IV-AA
Mesa Grande Academy 53
Long Beach St. Anthony 45
Megan Williams scored 20 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Cardinals (26-4) over the Saints (15-14) to advance to the semifinals.
Carla Bartlett had a double-double of her own, scoring 14 points and dishing out 10 assists.

DIVISION IV-A
Beaumont 50, Irvine 39
Joanna Hernandez scored 17 points, 15 in the second half, to lead the Cougars (23-3) to a victory at Irvine. Hernandez also dished out nine assists and was 9-for-9 behind the free-throw line.
Vanessa Bliss scored 11 and grabbed 10 rebounds for Beaumont, which faces University on Saturday with a coin flip to determine the location.
