ARROYO VALLEY TOURNAMENT

Erica Prentice threw a five-hitter for the Fighting Scots. Also for Rim, Kat Kulde had two hits and Kelly Barta had two hits and three RBI.
Alysha Wilson had a double for Carter.
Rim will play Kaiser at 3:30 p.m. in the title game on Saturday and Carter heads to the third place game on the same day against an undetermined opponent.

Kaiser 3, Summit 1
Marquise Lazoya had two hits to lead the Cats (3-0) to a semifinal win. Alyssia Palomino pitched a five-hitter and added a home run for the Cats. The loss dropped Summit to 4-1.
Kaiser will meet Rim of the World at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Highland Girls Softball Field for the tourney title.
Palomino pitched a five-hitter for Kaiser and hit a home run.

Granite Hills 7, Pacific 2
Samantha Johnson hit two doubles and recorded seven strikeouts but it wasn’t enough for the Pirates (1-4) against the Cougars.
Winning pitcher Tiffany Vance also surrendered a home run to Kayla Nelson.
