SAN ANDREAS LEAGUE

Pacific 8, San Bernardino 7

The Pirates scored three runs in the ninth inning to take home the victory. Pitcher Jessica Nikaido threw seven strikeouts for Pacific.
San Bernardino’s Karen Chavarria also threw seven strikeouts and had a no-hitter through seven, yet her arm had enough forcing her to leave the ball game.

LOMA LINDA TOURNAMENT
Aquinas 12, Big Bear 9
Nikki Cortez went 4-for-4 with three RBI as the Falcons (9-2) defeated the Bears in pool play.
Brittni Hernandez went 3-for-4 with a two-run triple for Aquinas.

JURUPA VALLEY TOURNAMENT
Redlands 11, Fontana 3
Junior second baseman Andrea Torres went 2-for-4 with a triple and a home run to lead the Terriers (7-1) past the Steelers in the semifinals. Torres knocked in three runs.
Brittany Yzaguirre also scored three runs for Redlands, which will play Los Osos at 8 p.m. Saturday in the tournament championship game at Chino Hills’ Field of Dreams.

Los Osos 5, Hesperia 1
Kate Jablonski held the unbeaten, defending-CIF champion Scorpions to four hits. She also struck out five and walked nobody.
Danyelle Vasquez had two hits for Hesperia.
Los Osos (6-0) plays Redlands at 8 p.m. Saturday in the title game at Mira Loma’s Big League Field of Dreams.

Redlands East Valley 10, Kaiser 0
Jenna Jaquish and Jessica Ramos had two hits each for the Wildcats (5-4), who play at 2:30 p.m. Saturday against a team not yet determined.
Also for REV, Rikki Scates had a triple and Reylene Coronado pitched a one-hitter.

Upland 3, Corona Centennial 1
The Highlanders managed just two hits but made the most of them to defeat Centennial in consolation bracket play.
Upland got three runs in the first, highlighted by a triple by Casey Rapshus who later scored on a passed ball.
Alexis Hedrick had a run-scoring single in the inning and another run came across on an error.

Etiwanda 4, Yucaipa 2
Maggie Karros struck out four Thunderbirds and gave up only four hits to give the Eagles a victory in a consolation game. Yucaipa fell to 5-4 overall.

Cajon 6, Riverside North 2
Lindsey Kent and Alex Mitchell each had two hits to lead the Cowgirls (3-1).
Cajon plays Upland in the fifth-place game at 6 p.m. Saturday at Mira Loma’s Big League Field of Dreams.

NONLEAGUE
Upland Christian 11, Nuview Bridge 8
Bri Remlinger went 4-for-4 with a double and two RBI.
Pitcher Destinee Duncan went 3-for-4, including a double, a triple and nine strikeouts in the circle as the Highlanders (8-3) hung on for the win.
Amanda Angel went 3-for-3 for Upland Christian, who faces Loma Linda Academy on Monday in the Packing House Tournament in Redlands
