TERRIERS PREVIAL IN COUNTY CLASH

Redlands squued by the Eagles 7-6 in the second game of the second County Clash this season at Arrowhead Credit Union Park.
The Terriers (11-10, 3-7) were led by Garrett Grozak who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and three stolen bases. Scott Turpin had a stolen base as well to go along with his two runs scored and two RBI for Redlands that are on the C.B.L. playoff bubble.
Ernesto Brambilla went 2-for-3 with an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base for Eisenhower.

SIERRA LEAGUE
Ayala 11, Chino Hills 7
Senior Jack Schillin went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs and four RBI as the Bulldogs (11-10, 4-7) downed the Huskies.
Kevin Brock had a three-run home run in the first and Kevin Cho added two hits and picked up the win in relief.
Chris Sulcer, Matt Lowenstein and Jordan Gomez had two hits each for the Huskies (14-10, 6-6) with Lowenstein and Gomez both clubbing two-tun home runs.

SUNKIST LEAGUE
Kaiser 5, Norte Vista 4
An error by the second baseman provided the winning run to cross the plate for Kaiser (16-5-1, 9-2) in the bottom of the seventh. Norte Vista (11-11, 6-5) had just tied the game with two runs in the top of the seventh.
Kaiser’s Lavel Mann led off with a walk. He was sacrificed over to second and the next batter was intentionally walked. Michael Lopez hit a ball the second baseman could not handle it and Mann came around to score.
The teams will meet at Norte Vista on Wednesday.

Ontario Christian 9-14, Lynwood Firebaugh 4-2
Eric Zaragoza hit a three run home run followed by a grand slam in just game two of the Knights’ (14-9) sweep over the visiting Falcons. On the day, Zaragoza finished with eight RBI and four runs scored for Ontario Christian.
Clay Kindred was the winning pitcher in game two throwing a four-hit complete game for Ontario Christian.
