HIGHLANDERS ON A HIGH AFTER WIN THATS PUTS THEM IN A TIE

Matt Redfearn went 4-for-4 and Ryan Escoto had four RBI for the Highlanders (16-5, 9-3), who tied the Braves (17-4, 9-3) for first place in league in their defeate over  Alta Loma 8-5 on Tuesday.
Geoff Broussard had a triple for the Braves (17-4 overall, 9-3 Baseline League), who play at Upland (16-5, 9-3) on Thursday at 3:15 p.m.

ARROWHEAD LEAGUE
Upland Christian 16, Riverside La Sierra Academy 0 (5)
Matt Proulx went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run en route to five RBI and got the win on the mound to keep Upland Christian (11-10, 9-0) undefeated in league play.
Ethan Chapman went 4-for-4 with two triples and four RBI as well for Upland Christian.

BASELINE LEAGUE
Los Osos 4, Rancho Cucamonga 0
Luke Gervasi threw a complete game, triking out 10 without allowing a walk in the Grizzlies' shutout over the Cougars.
Jake Hernandez scored twice and and two stolen bases for Los Osos (11-9, 5-7).

Claremont 7, Etiwanda 2
Anthony Cerafice threw a complete game three-hitter for the Wolfpack with eight strikeouts.

CHRISTIAN LEAGUE
Aquinas 4, Ontario Christian 3
Taylor Marriman homered and doubled for the Falcons (13-9, 8-3) in their victory over the Knights (14-10, 5-4).

Arrowhead Christian 14, Loma Linda 1
Senior Jeremiah McMahon homered and hit two doubles for the Eagles in their victory over the Roadrunners (5-15, 0-9).
McMahon drove in four RBI on the day for ACA (9-12, 4-5).
Elias Gomez had five strikeouts with no walks in six innings for Arrowhead Christian, which has three games left in hopes of a playoff berth.

MAJESTIC LEAGUE

Packinghouse Chr. 8, Lake Arrowhead Chr. 3
Junior left-hander Matt Berry (5-2) gave up four hits and struck out 16, against two walks, as the Bears (8-5, 3-0) slipped past host Lake Arrowhead Christian (5-4, 3-1).
Senior Joel Pulliam had three hits and scored two runs while sophomore Matt Mielak went 3-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored.

SAN ANDREAS LEAGUE
Cajon 16, San Bernardino 0
Aaron Brooks and Chris Hughes combined on a no-hitter, facing only one batter over the minimum, as the Cowboys (19-3, 11-1) moved closer to a league title.
Brooks had two triples and two RBI to go along with his six strikeouts, while Bryce Koleszar and Jordan Becker each went 3-for-4, with Koleszar knocking in three. The Cardinals are 0-20, 0-12.

Arroyo Valley 10, Colton 8
Philip Gonzalez had three hits and one RBI, Zachary Sumpter had four hits and two RBI and Ruben Morfin had three hits and one RBI for the Hawks (13-7, 8-4)<NO1> who play at Colton

San Gorgonio 13, Pacific 3
Andy Crowley had five hits and four RBI and Alex Rueda had two hits and two RBI for San Gorgonio (17-5, 9-3), which hosts Pacific at 3:15 p.m. Thursday. Crowley finished with two home runs and a double.
Rueda also pitched five innings and allowed one earned run, struck out five and walked two.
Chase Phillips had two hits and an RBI and David Kiriakos had two hits for the Pirates (3-9 league).

VICTORY LEAGUE
Bloomington Christian 17, Bermuda Dunes Desert Christian 6 (5)
Joe Szczepanski (1-0) finished 3-for-4 with three RBI and came on in relief to earn his first victory of the season for the Ravens.
Up 6-3 after two innings, Desert Christian (1-7 Victory League) allowed 14 unanswered runs to invoke the mercy rule after five innings.
Bloomington Christian (13-6, 7-2) sits one game behind Baptist Christian for first place with three games left on the league schedule, beginning Friday at 2 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Murrieta Valley.
