Charter Oak’s season will continue as the Chargers (12-15) advanced to the quarter finals and will play Yorba Linda next Tuesday.
Senior forward Kody Brown hit a 7-foot baseline jumper with 45 seconds remaining in the game to give Charter Oak a 47-45 lead.
Brown finished with eight points and dished out eight assists.
Senior forward Chris Gilchrist scored eight of his team-high 17 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Chargers.
