Brief Q&A with Milton Knox

| | Comments (0) |

What is the most important thing you have learned from coach Ed Croson?

"It's not how you start off, it’s how you finish," Knox said. "You might start rocky, but we will finish smooth. He teaches us discipline. He's our leader. Making this a championship team with discipline and people who want to work hard in practice, that's one thing I learned from him. Just work hard at practice.

"We have a lot of people coming back (next year) so we are ready for it. We're satisfied with the City title, but we want a state title."

USC coach Pete Carroll was here tonight watching you play, how much of an influence did that have on you tonight?

"I didn't even know he was here. I just play like a regular game. You just don't look at those things."
