San Fernando's Andre Garcia to commit to Div. I-AA school

San Fernando High wide receiver Andre Garcia will visit Stony Brook University in New York this weekend where he is expected to sign a national letter of intent to play football there next season.

Tigers coach Tom Hernandez confirmed Garcia’s intended trip to the East Coast. Stony Brook’s football team plays in the NCAA Div. I-AA North East Conference.

Garcia caught 49 passes for 1015 yards and 14 touchdowns his senior season.
