Troy Starr leaving Taft for Florida

Taft coach Troy Starr informed his players at lunch today that he's leaving Taft to take a position on Urban Meyer's staff at Florida.

``I'm excited for him,'' star linebacker Malcolm Smith said. ``I think he's going to do really well there.''
