SUSPENDED PALMDALE RB RETURNS

| | Comments (0) |

Marquell Jefferson, Palmdale's leading running back, has returned from a two-week disciplinary suspension, coach Jeff Williams said.

"He's back with us, and he should play this week. He's good to go," Williams said.

Jefferson has rushed for 1,241 yards and scored 18 TDs -- including 1,102 yards in the six games preceding his suspension.

Palmdale (11-1) plays host to defending Western Division champion Dominguez of Compton on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at nearby Knight High.
