Boys Basketball: Mater Dei Exravaganza Today

There will be no drought of talent at Mater Dei of Santa Ana today.

Mater Dei hosts the Nike Extravaganza featuring teams such as Dominguez of Compton, Westchester of Los Angeles, Fairfax of Los Angeles and host Mater Dei.

Top players such as Jordan Hamilton (Dominguez), Klay Thompson (Santa Margarita), Dwayne Polee (Westchester), Renardo Sidney (Fairfax) and David and Travis Wear (Mater Dei) will be on hand trying to lead their teams to victory.

The evening session is when things will get interesting.

Dominguez vs. Santa Margarita, 4:30 p.m.
Westchester vs. De La Salle of Concord, 6:00 p.m.
Fairfax vs. St. Patrick's, N.J., 7:30 P.M.
Mater Dei vs. Farragut Academy (Chicago, Ill.) 9:00 p.m.
