HS FOOT: Birmingham's Flournoy commits to USC

Our very own Scott Wolf reports Birmingham receiver De'Von Flournoy, a junior, has made an early verbal committment to USC. Running back/linebacker Patrick Hall of St. Bonaventure also committed to the Trojans.
