HS FOOT: "I'm committed ... kind of"

ringOK.jpgThe "de-committment" phase seemed to reach an all-time high this year, with countless top football prospects -- both local and national -- breaking their non-binding verbal committments to change their minds.

But don't take my word for it. Just look at what Allen Wallace of SuperPrep.com said to USA Today: "The story about oral commitments isn't really a story anymore. It's just a non-event because (switches) happen on a constant basis."
