HS HOOPS: Countdown to Valley showdown at Cleveland of Reseda

| | Comments (0) |

taft pregame.jpgThe Taft-Cleveland series is always one of the San Fernando Valley's most anticipated showdowns, as the area's top two City teams go to head to head.

Tonight, Taft can win the West Valley League title for the seventh time over the past eight years -- last year's title was forfeited -- so there is plenty on the line in this attractive matchup between the high-powered Toreadors (18-3, 7-0) and the host Cavaliers (17-6, 6-1).

Taft, led by Larry Drew, has defeated Clevelan six times in a row since late 2004.
