HS HOOPS: Renaissance down five at half vs. Branson in D5 final

| | Comments (0) |

11 halftime'.jpgSACRAMENTO -- Renaissance Academy is playing into Branson's style -- slow, deliberate, forcing mistakes -- and paying for it, as the locals trail 19-14 at the half after managing just one field goal in the second quarter.

Renaissance Academy's Justin Cook, the teams' leading scorer at 18 ppg, has scored just one point, and he didn't get that until the final seconds of the half.
