HS HOOPS: Saugus coach resigns after 14 seasons

wave2.jpgSaugus coach Jeff Hallman, who won more than 200 games over 14 seasons but never won a league title, has resigned for family reasons, according to the Signal. He will remain at Saugus as a teacher.
