HS FOOT: Newbury Park's Brown offered by Washington, Portland State

chris brown.jpgRunning back Chris Brown from Newbury Park has scholarship offers from Washington and Portland State, according to scout.com. He rushed for more than 1,900 yards as a junior last season.
