HS FOOT: Ex-Hart LB Howell signs with Bengals
Dan Howell, a former Hart and University of Washington linebacker, signed Monday as a free agent with the Cincinnati Bengals. His agent is Joe Aloisi, a former Hart booster club president who also oversees the career of Hart/Oregon State alum Matt Moore, a quarterback for the Carolina Panthers.
