Boys Basketball: Van Nuys Advances To Watts Games Semifinals

Van Nuys High, expected to be one of the areas best teams next year, advanced to the semifinals of the L.A. Summer Watts Games Sunday.

The Wolves, led by Victor Rudd, Cameron Broomi and Willie Hankins, will play Pasadena next Saturday at Fairfax High School in Los Angeles at 12 p.m.

Van Nuys has to win to advance to the 2 p.m. championship game, likely against Fairfax
