HS FOOT: Notre Dame has its Ace

| | Comments (1) |

ace.jpgLimited to five games last year because of a leg injury, linebacker Ace Ward is coming on strong this summer for Notre Dame, and the 6-1, 210-pounder with 4.58 speed has raised his recruiting profile considerably, according to scout.com.

Several programs are interested -- including UCLA -- and Ward is slated to take some unofficial visits soon. Still no official offer, but the kid can play.
