Boys basketball: Pierce Brooks Coming Back Home

Pierce Brooks, a former star basketball player at Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks and Taft of Woodland Hills is coming back to the region for the upcoming school year.

Brooks is expected to enroll at Glendale Community College after spending the past season at San Francisco.

Brooks saw limited action in his only season as a Don in the West Coast Conference.

Brooks won a City Section championship his freshman season at Taft in 2004. Brooks eventually transferred to Notre Dame for his junior and senior seasons.
