HS FOOT: San Fernando's Richards ineligible

San Fernando continues to cope without one the Valley Mission League's top returning players, receiver Stacey Richards, who is academically ineligible.

"He didn't make up a class during the summer," head coach Tom Hernandez said.

As a junior last season, Richards caught 42 passes for 599 yards and two TDs.
