Saugus' Paragas selected coach of the week

After his girls' team won the Seaside Invitational in record-breaking fashion Friday and his boys' team finished second behind Trabuco Hills of Mission Viejo, both groups combining for five individual victories on the 3-mile Sanbuenaventura State Beach course, Saugus High cross country coach Rene Paragas has been selected state coach of the week by Dyestatcal.com.
